Howdy! I'm Drew.
I’m a Brooklyn-based digital creative and strategist with deep roots in progressive movements. My design journey started in high school with Photoshop 6.0 and some not-so-great band flyers—and if you’re here now, there’s a good chance I’m looking to work with you!
I’ve worn just about every hat in the digital and design space: graphic designer, web designer, video producer, digital director, creative director, researcher, copywriter—you name it. That blend of skills has made me a go-to problem-solver and storyteller for dozens of campaigns, coalitions, and causes.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of labor, policy, and digital communications. I’ve had the privilege of shaping messaging, strategy and creative for landmark efforts like Fight for $15, Starbucks Workers United, CODE-CWA, and Good Jobs Nation. I’ve also partnered on editorial and web projects with organizations I deeply admire, like the Economic Policy Institute, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and the Open Markets Institute.
From 2017 to 2022, I served as Digital Director at the Change to Win Federation / Strategic Organizing Center. Since then, I’ve been proud to serve as Digital Director at the New York City Council.
If you're looking for someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution and cares deeply about doing graphic design for good, we should talk.
